Subject: Declaration Sir/ Ma'am,
I'm aware and have understood that "Indira Gandhi Board of High School & Intermediate Certificate Examinations" is a private board and encourage only school drop-outs and private candidates to peruse further education exclusively & categorically for the purpose self evaluation & self employment only. The board does not warrants or guarantee eligibility for seeking foreign studies, govt. Jobs or higher studies in any govt. Institutions. If otherwise eligible as per norms stipulated of those agencies. It is at the sole discretion of any govt. University or govt. Agency to accept or refuse admission as per their prevailing laws and conditions. Each educational organization have own discretionary powers. According these powers every Board/University have the liberty and right to take own decision either to allow or refuse any admission/service. The courses of the Board are the council's own autonomous programme. Hence I am taking admission after knowing all legal facts and own choice and without any pressure I will never claim anyway on any ground regarding recognition and legal status of the Board/Organization/Council.
If found incorrect or wrong on any stage in documents and statements given be me the Board/institute will be fully authorized to cancel admission/exam/result and forfeit the fee deposited by me. I have read and understood and accepted the rules and regulations, terms and conditions of the board/institute and agree to abide by them.
मुझे पता है और मैं समझ गया हूं कि "इंदिरा गांधी बोर्ड ऑफ हाई स्कूल एंड इंटरमीडिएट सर्टिफिकेट एग्जामिनेशन" एक निजी बोर्ड है और केवल स्कूल छोड़ने वालों और निजी उम्मीदवारों को केवल स्व मूल्यांकन और स्वरोजगार के उद्देश्य से विशेष रूप से और स्पष्ट रूप से आगे की शिक्षा के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है। बोर्ड किसी भी सरकारी संस्थान में विदेशी अध्ययन, सरकारी नौकरी, या उच्च अध्ययन प्राप्त करने के लिए पात्रता की गारंटी या गारंटी नहीं देता है। यदि अन्यथा उन एजेंसियों द्वारा निर्धारित मानदंडों के अनुसार पात्र हैं, प्रचलित कानूनों और शर्तों के अनुसार प्रवेश को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करना किसी भी सरकारी विश्वविद्यालय या सरकारी एजेंसी के विवेक पर है। उपरोक्त के बहाने मैं इस बोर्ड के तहत प्रवेश लेने के लिए तैयार हूं और एतद्द्वारा यह भी घोषणा कर रहा हूं कि मैं जानता हूं और अच्छी तरह से जानता हूं कि बोर्ड एक स्वशासी शैक्षिक निकाय है जिसे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्कूली शिक्षा और तकनीकी शिक्षा और अनुसंधान द्वारा संचालित और प्रबंधित किया जाता है। प्रत्येक शैक्षिक संगठन की अपनी विवेकाधीन शक्तियाँ होती हैं। इन शक्तियों के अनुसार प्रत्येक बोर्ड/विश्वविद्यालय को किसी भी प्रवेश/सेवा को अनुमति देने या अस्वीकार करने के लिए स्वयं निर्णय लेने की स्वतंत्रता और अधिकार है। बोर्ड के पाठ्यक्रम परिषद के अपने स्वायत्त कार्यक्रम हैं। इसलिए मैं सभी कानूनी तथ्यों और अपनी पसंद को जानने के बाद प्रवेश ले रहा हूं और बिना किसी दबाव के मैं किसी भी आधार पर बोर्ड/संगठन/परिषद की मान्यता और कानूनी स्थिति के संबंध में कभी भी दावा नहीं करूंगा।
यदि मेरे द्वारा दिए गए दस्तावेजों और बयानों में किसी भी स्तर पर गलत या गलत पाया जाता है तो बोर्ड/संस्थान प्रवेश/परीक्षा/परिणाम को रद्द करने और मेरे द्वारा जमा किए गए शुल्क को जब्त करने के लिए पूरी तरह से अधिकृत होगा। मैंने बोर्ड/संस्थान के नियमों और विनियमों, नियमों और शर्तों को पढ़ और समझ लिया है और स्वीकार कर लिया है और उनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत हूं।
